1. Validity and Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded once the reservation confirmation signed by the guest has been received by Bahnhofbuffet Olten.
If the booking guest registers additional participants or guests, they shall be liable for the entire invoice amount arising from the reservation.
2. Services
The specific services provided by Bahnhofbuffet Olten are defined in the reservation confirmation.
If the guest requests services that are not directly provided by Bahnhofbuffet Olten, Bahnhofbuffet Olten shall act solely as an intermediary. Such services will be invoiced separately.
3. Duration of Use of the Premises
Reserved meeting rooms or seminar rooms are available exclusively for the period agreed upon in the contract.
Any use beyond this period requires the explicit consent of Bahnhofbuffet Olten.
4. Number of Participants
The organiser undertakes to inform Bahnhofbuffet Olten of the final number of participants as early as possible, but no later than four working days prior to the event. This number serves as the basis for invoicing.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the customer withdraws from the contract, the following cancellation fees apply:
If no specific services have been defined for banquet events, a base amount of CHF 80.00 per person will be charged.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation by Bahnhofbuffet Olten is decisive.
If an event is postponed, subsequent cancellation is no longer possible.
In case of no-show, the agreed contractual prices will be charged in full.
6. Prices and Payment Obligations
Prices are based on the reservation confirmation or the applicable price list.
Bahnhofbuffet Olten may request a deposit in full or in part. This will be credited against the total amount due or any cancellation costs. Instead of a deposit, a credit card guarantee may be required. The deposit must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the confirmation or within the agreed payment period. If the deposit is not paid on time, Bahnhofbuffet Olten may withdraw from the contract after a grace period of three days and charge the cancellation fees in accordance with section 5.
Invoices must be settled no later than before the end of the event or within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction. A default interest rate of 5% will be charged on overdue invoices.

7. Additional Services
Prices for additional services and infrastructure rental are listed in the seminar or banquet documentation of Bahnhofbuffet Olten.
Organisers undertake to purchase all food and beverages consumed on the premises exclusively through Bahnhofbuffet Olten.
8. Liability of Bahnhofbuffet Olten
Bahnhofbuffet Olten is liable for items brought in by guests in accordance with statutory provisions. No liability is accepted for slight negligence.
Any damages or dissatisfaction must be reported immediately. Failure to do so will result in the loss of any claims.
All claims against Bahnhofbuffet Olten expire six months after the end of the contract unless statutory provisions provide for longer periods.
9. Liability of the Organiser
The organiser is liable to Bahnhofbuffet Olten for all damages or losses caused by themselves, their guests or participants.
This applies regardless of whether fault can be proven.
10. Place of Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the district of Olten.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
